Wages and Productivity in the Palestinian Industrial Sector 1996-2004

The Palestinian Economic Policy Research Institute "MAS" published a new study about " Wages and Productivity in the Palestinian Industrial Sector 1996-2004 " which discusses the connection between wages and production in the Palestinian economy, and the new changes after the Israeli market was closed for Palestinian labors.

This study comes as a part of other studies that "MAS" publishes trying to answer several questions about wages and productivity and the stoppage of the Palestinian labor from working in the Israeli market.

 
Policies to improve the labour movements participation in public Policy Making

The Palestinian Economic Policy Research Institute "MAS" published a new study about "Policies to improve the labour movements participation in public Policy Making" which aims to Crystallize Policies that could upgrade the labour movements and improve the services for members and improve its role in the economic life especially in making economic and social Policies related to its work nature.

This study comes as a part of other studies that "MAS" publishes to fill the gap in the Palestinian economic literature which has not given enough concern for the upgrade of the labour movements.

A number of researchers in "MAS" participated in making this study which was financially supported by the Friedrich Ebert association with partial support from international Labour Organization (ILO) and the OPEC Fund for Development (OFTEC).

 
Educational Policies to Promote a Competitive Knowledge Based Economy in the Palestinian Territory

The Palestinian Economic Policy Research Institute "MAS" published a new study about "Educational Policies in order to Promote a Competitive Knowledge Based Economy in the Palestinian Territory". This Study aims at envisaging the quality of education required for the appropriate human resources that would make the implementation of the desired development plans possible.

This study comes as a part of other studies that "MAS" publishes as a new motive to Shed light on this subject and generate more concern, discussion and research in different circles of this field.
